I love my shutters. They were made several years ago but are in excellent shape. They were made in 3 sections so I can close a section if the sun is too bright and still maintain a good view. Charles and his assistant were gave me some great suggestions. Recently I thought one of the shutters had developed a problem and his assistant came out and solved it quickly.
