Shout-out to Mason and Carlos for the amazing customer service with the bike rentals! They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great vibes from both of them and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend! 🚲👏

Nice enough hotel but CANNOT get over that the fridge in the room was zip tied. We had some food we wanted to refrigerate and it could not have been more bizarre that the fridge was locked. We had to call room service who basically told us it's to keep track of the mini bar but we could cut it if we needed to? At a 5 star hotel especially (but tbh this would never happen at a Hyatt) this felt so unnecessary and that is ultimately the thing that has stuck with us the most from our stay. Poolside
