Called in with an issue with my pump rapid cycling. Techs were at my house in about an hour. Quickly diagnosed my problem (self inflicted by a faulty air gage on my end) set proper pressure and installed new bypass valve. They were cool and professional and we had a good laugh about my faulty air pressure gage. Will definitely be calling back next time I have problems with my well.

Unprofessional and liars. Had no water, scheduled a time for them to come out on Friday. Waited all day. Called them multiple times and kept getting told "he's in the field and I won't know anything until he calls in" Confirmed that no matter what, they would be out the next day, Saturday, multiple times. After being put on the back burner for four months now, we still do not have an estimated timeline on when the well will be installed because other Wells in Yuma, take priority over going over the hill to the Wellton area. Not to mention the lady who answers the phone is always rude about it as if we don’t have the right to be asking, when the well will be installed. Four months down the road there is still no estimated timeline.
