We hired Shoreline Plumbing to resolve a hot water issue for one of our properties, and they came out and installed a new water heater which we hoped would fix the problem. However, the issue was never resolved and we were still left without hot water afterward. As customers, we expected more guidance and accountability toward actually solving the issue, not just completing an installation and leaving us in the same situation as before we called them.
