If this is their idea of "clean", then the bar is set really low. And this was their "deep clean". Wow. The stainless steel appliances were left streaky and oily. The centerpiece of the kitchen, the island, had missed spots, streaks and debris still on it. No obvious vacuum marks on the carpeting, although they were vacuumed. Missed obviously dusty areas. Missed cat hair clumps. Friendly workers, but we're paying to have the house look clean, we're not paying for friends. They came back to "fix"

Estrella did an outstanding job cleaning. As requested, she did areas I had trouble reaching and made the house sparkle. She didn’t miss anything! She worked straight through the three hours and methodically cleaned all rooms. I am more than pleased with her work.
