It was a pleasure purchasing our awning from Shook! Hratch was very helpful & informative but not as all pushy. Came to install while we were out of town and we trusted them completely. The deck was all cleaned up and looking lovely with our new awning. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service! We looked into one of these at the end of last Summer, Brian came out and was very helpful but we decided to wait until this Spring. We reached back out in February to get the process started again and we picked up right where we left off. They even honored our pricing even though it had went up from the Summer. We had a conference call, got everything ordered and had everything installed in May. They were at the house for about an hour or less and now we have a beautiful Awni
