Jimmie Allen is exceptional at what he does. He leaves us feelings safe, protected, and cared for. He doesn't treat his post like a mere obligation- he approaches his role with a gumption and charisma im unaccustomed to seeing in the field. The security officer elijah was an excellent help today. He helped get the elevators back and running when they always go down here at van dyke center, calming our nerves and telling us that people will be able to go to there homes and leave there homes soon while maintenance calls the elevator people, I love how he does his job. He’s always friendly and i hope he takes good with him. Shield security haves some of the best officers in town thank yall for being with us!!❤️
