Easy to book and see pricing. Great communication about arrival time. Technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was respectful of the house. Mixed review on the actual cleaning though. I had one couch that had stains that I knew were 5 plus years old and those seemed to come well. However our main couch had staining that was due to perspiration and started showing maybe 2-3 months ago. He did tell me it may not come out, but after cleaning said it did all come out,
