Update: Galo reached out less than 24 hours after this review to address our concerns. By the end of the day he had coordinated with his team to have the damage to our carport ceiling repaired. In the end, Shanco made things right. We hired Shanco for a full roof, soffit, and gutter replacement and aluminum wrapping of our trim after great responsiveness and communication with sales rep Steve.
