Heating units annual checkup. Excellent service by Mr. Johnny Guardo

I must admit, I have neglected HVAC maintenance over the years. This is the second time within the last two years that I have been fortunate to have Michael Johnson as my Shafer AC technician. He has been efficient and has explained, in detail, issues with my AC and needed repairs, as well as costs, and quickly communicated with scheduling staff to coordinate needed repairs. Shafer Services has responded to HVAC issues in a timely manner.
