I love Tombstone and have always loved shopping at the Shady lady but this past Saturday was the worst experience I have ever had there. I was welcomed in with a smile and asked if I was doing well. As someone who has worked retail for over 30 years acknowledgment of a customer is always a must, but if your followed around the store once you start speaking another language is a disgrace.
