This was my first time using Shack Shine. Lee and his crew came out to clean my gutters. We had to reschedule once due to the weather. He gave me a call a few hours before the appointment to let me know they needed to reschedule. I appreciated the early call. Called to make appt for window cleaning. Told they would be out Saturday. Got call Saturday saying national scheduler service was wrong, no crews work weekends and could i reschedule my estimate day? I called these guys on a Monday, they scheduled for Tuesday between 12-2. They called me at 10:30 to say they were running behind and not to hang around all day if I had things to do, they would take before and after pictures and send an invoice.
