Alex was such a kind gentleman, him and the gentleman working with him were so attentive to our needs during the whole situation. They even stopped to help my older mother up the stairs, practically carrying her themselves haha! Honestly the best experience I could have had as far as a basement flooding. We have a fairly large building that flooded up to 6 inches- thousands of gallons of water. The crew came in quickly, despite all of Milwaukee flooding. They managed to make me feel like I was the only one experiencing this with how prompt and responsive they were. I truly appreciate it!
