Terron was very personable and explained all aspects of the process thoroughly. He did not rush me as I was reading the various documents before signing. He and his team worked quickly to identify the areas of water damage and to set up the proper equipment.

Joe was the first person I met from Serv Pro. He was friendly, professional and very clear about what steps needed to be made to start the process. I felt confident that we had called the right restoration company! The company has sent multiple crews out to monitor the moisture levels and begin demo of the affected area.
