We had a 2nd floor toilet overflow. The water damage ruin not only the bathroom and surrounding area, but also the 1st floor ceiling. When they say water travels, they are not kidding. Drywall was damaged and flooring was damage. Despite the unavoidable chaos of repairs, ServPro made the process easier. Everyone on the team was kind, considerate, professional, and efficient. Th restoration crew that put my bedroom back together after the great remediation job, were top notch. The guys were friendly, clean and professional. My project manager, Mike was great to work with for scheduling the work and procuring the necessary materials to replace flooring that was no longer in production. I'd use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone on need of these services.
