All of them have been very nice on a personal level, responsive with communication, informative about the work that is needed, and very professional and prompt. Servpro was contracted through our insurance company after finding water damage in our house. Jason came out and set up fans and dehumidifiers in the areas that needed to be dried out. Even when our insurance was non-responsive, Jason checked in often to ensure the equipment was working correctly and that the areas were drying out as they should. Very good customer service!
