I'm grateful for the speed with which your company responded to my call; how quickly a crew was dispatched to the property to remove the wet carpeting and padding after a surprise basement flood after a week and a half of heavy rains, and I am grateful for the protocol the crew took to set up fans, a commercial dehumidifier, and an air purifier to make sure there was no chance of mold growing behind the walls.
