I am currently in the process of working with this SERVPRO office to address a water leak from a broken pipe in my laundry room. I can honestly say these people have been AMAZING to work with so far. As soon as my claim was filed, I heard from Bri at the SERVPRO office assigned to the project. She immediately advised that I would be hearing from Carlos Lopez, the Production Manager, to do an initial assessment of the damaged area for the crews that would be handling the water damage to walls

These guys were great. Got here quickly and communicated with you every step of the way. We had multiple combinations of fans and dehumidifiers helping dry out a flooding event. They definitely saved my house from additional damage.
