I ended up paying extra for new flooring because the technician was clueless about reusing it. They then attempted to scam me by involving their contractor, who wanted to replace my entire living room flooring, even the areas that weren’t damaged. Keith and Johnny showed up on time even though they had to drive from Lake City, FL to Clay County FL. Everything was explained to me they did an excellent job of cleaning my duct system and my unit coils. They cleaned as they went along and they did not leave a mess. They were knowledgeable and came in did the job cleaned up and left.
