They were great! They came right away. Initially it looked like portions of our hardwood floors would need to be replaced, but they decided to try special mats to dry them. It took 5 days, but we no longer have to replace our floors! A second time we thought we had mold in a different room. They did find moisture on the wall and scheduled a repair. When they came to do the repair they checked again and there was no moisture so no need for a repair! They are very honest and dependable!!!
