Servpro did an outstanding job handling the water loss at my home. From the start, their team, especially Derek, was quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely professional in a way that actually felt human.
He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything, even when I had what felt like a thousand questions.
What stood out the most was their communication through out the whole process. They kept it clear, consistent, and easy, which made a stressful situation
I was aware of the non-refundable inspection fee but assumed a thorough inspection would be conducted and a report issued. The SERVOPRO team arrived two hours before the scheduled window and spent about 5 minutes taking pictures and moisture measurements which were all zero. The team said it would probably take a half day to fix my water damaged drywall. Significant billing issues and poor communication
We hired SERVPRO of Kirkland for emergency water mitigation in January 2026. The work itself (water extraction, drying, demolition) was completed quickly. However, the billing experience that followed was deeply frustrating, and the quality of the reconstruction work was poor.

Gerardo and Silesia from servepro were great! They were punctual, on task, and left everything in super shape. They were a five star team.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Think twice before you hired them
We had a water leak in our building. Rodrigo from Servpro was there within 30 mins and stayed all day finding the leak and setting up the equipment to preserve our wood floors. He was professional, prompt, thorough and respectful of our home. Would highly recommend this team.
I’m giving Servpro three stars because their equipment did eventually dry out the room, but the experience overall was frustrating. When I called, I was told there would be an additional $100 after-hours fee, but the final charge was $400 instead — about a third of the total bill. Maybe I misheard, but if the actual fee was $400, I wish they had made that clearer — that’s a big difference, and I might have called someone else.
Their team helped with the drying but misdiagnosed the source of the
