I was aware of the non-refundable inspection fee but assumed a thorough inspection would be conducted and a report issued. Think twice before you hired them

We had a water leak in our building. Rodrigo from Servpro was there within 30 mins and stayed all day finding the leak and setting up the equipment to preserve our wood floors. He was professional, prompt, thorough and respectful of our home. Would highly recommend this team.

I’m giving Servpro three stars because their equipment did eventually dry out the room, but the experience overall was frustrating. When I called, I was told there would be an additional $100 after-hours fee, but the final charge was $400 instead — about a third of the total bill. Maybe I misheard, but if the actual fee was $400, I wish they had made that clearer — that’s a big difference, and I might have called someone else. Their team helped with the drying but misdiagnosed the source of the
