Called servpro and had questions regarding mold removal. I spoke to Amanda who was very knowledgeable and really went out of her way to make sure I was well informed on what needed to be done ... Would definitely use servpro in the future when I have any mold, water, or cleaning needs!

Randy did a great job last spring (late post, sorry) of assessing our water leaks from multiple sites in 2 adjacent bathrooms. He and his team completely demo’d 2 bathrooms and were able to sufficiently dry out the areas and inspected for mold and wood rot. He respected and worked with me as a landlord ensuring that our tenant was not overly involved but still took their concerns into consideration. I would give the demo process 5 stars.
