Initially, Steve Riordan came out and assessed the damage to our floor and while the source of the water wasn’t apparent, he took the time to trace the water to a suspected source and have the advice that it would be best to pull up some of the vinyl and see how far the water went. His crew of Jorge M, Kenny M and Matthew G came out and within half an hour several planks were pulled up and a lot more water was prevalent than what I initially thought.
