I have a Rheem hot water heater that needs service. I'm currently under both a parts and labor warranty, and last week Rheem assigned ServiceMaster to come out to service the unit. Rheem asked that I give ServiceMaster one business day to call me to schedule which I did, and did not hear anything from them.
