Very professional and efficient service

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with ServiceMaster of Tacoma, I feel compelled to warn others. Following a major water loss and mold-related situation in our home, my family trusted ServiceMaster of Tacoma to handle mitigation professionally, safely, and transparently. Unfortunately, the experience became one of the most stressful and frustrating situations we have ever dealt with. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, delayed, and at times nonexistent

Great company...the different crews that came into my home were very professional and put my mind at ease. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do, they will be my first call!!
