A fantastic experience during a time of crisis. From an initial response time of 3 hours from our initial call to the restoration work, the team was amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our project manager Paul and his team especially Kurt, Keith and Mitch. Recovering from over 3,000 gallons of water damaging all three levels of our home was a difficult undertaking. But our ServiceMaster team did excellent work and exceeded our expectations again and again.

We had a dishwasher go rogue and leaked onto the floor and into the finished basement. At last, Paul and Jeremy came to the rescue. Paul is a very clear communicator.
