Fermin with Hope Plumbing was wonderful to work with! He was kind, prompt and did a really great job of explaining the problem. Then he offered different solutions, including pricing, so that we could make the best decision. He completed the work as requested and was tidy in the process. He would be welcome back in our home anytime!

Prices are crazy high. Its unfortunate that Hope make their employees work under this new price paradigm. Lower your prices are go out of business. I had Frye Electric do this same work a couple of years ago for ~$100 per light. The Hope price is close to $400 per light! NO WAY!

Tyler did an excellent job examining our system finding the problem and explained and showed pictures of everything that was done..will definitely ask for him again
