Classic case of poor service from the company that bought Hays. Already found someone more reputable and trustworthy. Have already moved on. UPDATE: I requested a cancellation to my "maintenance agreements"" on 2 commercial A/C units and have called or contacted this company 3 times, including their Richardson TX Headquarters. They fob off the requests and never provide clarity despite have not provided the service I paid off back in late March 2026. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, GO ELSEWHERE. Dish
