They were fast and thorough in taking care of my house. I was able to go on my planned vacation and have them do the work while I was away.

Service 1 Plumbing is the best. They installed a new kitchen sink and replaced my shower fixtures. They're very flexible to work with. They are my only choice for plumbing work.

We have had a fantastic experience with Service 1 Plumbing every time we've called! They get back to you quickly, schedule you in quickly, and arrive promptly (usually a little early, actually!). They are polite, kind, professional, great at explaining what they are doing, and work SO quickly. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs.

Scheduling was a breeze and the communication was excellent. They sent a text to let us know when they would be arriving and arrived within minutes of the estimated time. When they arrived our problem sound in our pipes had already stopped on its own (of course). They were really kind about it and still took the time to check all of our faucets, including outdoor hoses. We will absolutely be calling them back for any future plumbing needs.

Mike came to look at our water softener to see if the line lead to our dishwasher as our glasses were coming out cloudy. After confirming it did, he tested our water and it is being softened. He recommended using a different detergent and to our pleasant surprise, told us "no charge" as he was in the area anyway. I have an upcoming bathroom remodel project coming up and will definitely schedule Mike to help do some of the work... But this time he will get paid!

I was impressed with how and helpful there were. I checked other places and they were also more affordable. I would definitely call them for any plumbing service again!
