Amanda was very professional on the phone. Guy arrived on time, I already had the lids off. His truck was full 1/2 hour into it. He had to go dump (3 hours). Was assured by driver and Amanda that they would be able to get tank clean. 45 minutes into it he said he couldn’t get it all. The driver came back and really tried to get the tank clean. Because of him I’d use the company again. Bruce
