Very Aggressive people that they hire for door to door sales in our neighborhood. Not sure if they have, or need a permit, but when asked to not return, they continually show up with the same sales pitch and will argue with us at the door. Is this harassment? Sure feels like it. Please stop with the aggressive sales tactics and show your community some respect!

They call often no matter how uninterested or respectful I am. The cold callers just hang up and I’m assuming they aren’t marking contacts as “DNC” or “Not Interested” etc.

I, too, have had a terrible experience with this company. I was told that, based on my history, what I would generate would cover more than what I use most of the time and that the only charge I would have to pay is the connection charge to SRP. They failed to mention the demand charge (and I have text messages from salesman confirming only charge is connection), and the demand charge has made it so that the bills are almost the same as they were before, only now I have an additional payment t

If I could give it zero stars I would. I was promised an incentive to signing up (which I have not received) and I was told I could merge my 2 loans which also did not happen which is now making me pay $460 a month…no one is responding to my complaints. Also their electrician caused me and my husband to get electrocuted because they did not wire everything correctly. ON TOP OF THAT they wanted ME to pay for the electrician to fix the issue. Please do NOT buy from them! It has been a nightmare

Regional Sales manager Joeseph Lohr convinced us to go with Senergy. Ensured us that the install would be relativley quick and that he would be our point of contact through the install. We took out a loan and paid for the install. That was over 4 months ago. We still do not have solar. Last time workers were at my home they destroyed my yard, broke a gas line (said nothing) and then never returned. Ive tried every contact number and email to try to get the issue resolved and have had no answer
