I contacted this company on very short notice and explained that I needed cameras installed in my business as soon as possible. They were able to accommodate me the very next day, as promised, and met all of my needs. I asked BJ to cancel my service since I got tired of having my checking account debited and the alarm was below average. To my horror, BJ discontinued my account on a holiday (Labor Weekend) Friday night. This is really cruel and heartless, especially since I'm paid up until 8/31. He calls or text his assistant while he's vacationing in Hawaii. He showed a lot of patience and professionalism while helping me set up and contract a job ,this was my first project under a new LLC, and I was managing everything from out of state.
