I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews on here are from the company not real customers. Our experience has been horrific and that is scary to think as we have a three year contract on our safety with them! First the tech that came out to set up came in an Uber and didn't have all the right equipment so we had to wait for his girlfriend to bring it from home. He was sitting at our home for 3 hours waiting and once the set up was done didn't have time to show us how to use it. When I called to have s

Alarm tech did not synch up all of my sensors. Only the doors would trip the alarm. The other motion sensors and window sensors were not even linked to the alarm panel. Very careless I would go elsewhere.

I doubt this is even a real company.
