I called them to get a flood sensor, 1st person yes we can help you. 2nd person. was a JERK. I understand they want your service. but they said "Yes we have it but we won't sell it to you unless you are our customer. Do you want to switch". If that is how they work on getting customers... to be fair maybe they do treat you well once you are their customer. maybe they just need training on customer acquisition.
