They took advantage of my mom, an elderly woman on a fixed income that locked her puppy in her car at the vet's office and had no idea how much a locksmith should cost. They charged over $500 to unlock her car. It took a few minutes, they did not make any keys, and it was on a weekday mid morning. They said the trip fee was $50, but they would not give a detailed receipt. Additionally, they charged sales tax, so I will be making a call to the Oklahoma Tax commission. I hope they get a sales tax
