I signed up because of all the great reviews. However, I've not had that same 5 star experience. The sales guy was great of course, aren't they all. However the tech didn't understand his drawing to place cameras and chose his own spots. I wont dive much further into that as I knew the tech in a past life. But no demos were given, we weren't given any how tos, or anything to help us fix things on our own without having to call. I wasn't in the room at the time of the setup so they allowed
