Terrible company to work with. I paid a huge deposit in December, 2024, and to date they have not secured a building permit, due to their lack of answers to the City's questions. They rarely respond to emails or phone calls about project status. I think they may be in real trouble, as last year all their reviews were good, and now even the BBB has bad reviews of them.
