The technician arrived on time, ready to work, and didn’t waste any of my time with unnecessary talk or upselling, which I appreciated since I was busy. 90 minutes later, I had a new valve, a new pilot, a clean fireplace, and a reasonably priced bill. This was a fantastic alternative to a previous company who insisted I needed a
