Lindsey was wonderful! He greeted me with a handshake and told me exactly what he was going to do so I understood what was going to happen. He was polite and enthusiastic. After he completed the job he had pictures to show me as what was completed. I felt that he took great care to see that I didn't need to worry in the future about my dryer hook up.
