Reached out to have my irrigation turned on, and they happily told me I was on the schedule for the following week. Apparently that’s where the service ends. The moment I asked for a confirmation time, they disappeared—no response, no update, nothing. Would’ve been great if they just said “no” from the start instead of pretending and wasting my time. I could’ve easily booked someone else. But hey, at least now I know not to rely on them.
