I was looking for a report on my homes current condition - my address and contact were wrong in their system. When I called to address wires may have been crossed the customer service was terrible. It seems that customers are a complete inconvenience to the person that answers their phones. I do not recommend this company if you value typical customer service.

Incompetent company. They’ve been to my house four times and now a 5th for the same AC issue and still haven’t fixed it. They always show up late, misdiagnosed the problem, and insisted on replacing the entire unit when the truth was simply a kink in the line.
