Miguel C did a great job installing my new fridge fan. I won't know until tomorrow morning if it cools properly and makes ice. He kept me up to date as to his arrival time which I greatly appreciated.
Chris was very polite and courteous advised me at the time that he was gonna be here and he was here on time. He was really great at fixing my washer. I appreciate him very very much. He’s a very nice person. Thank you.
It took over three months for Thor to send parts, and Chris followed up with me to make sure they were doing their part. He's kind, polite, and thorough.
