I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sears Home Warranty and will be looking for another home warranty company. A technician was sent to inspect my air conditioner due to a refrigerant leak. He checked my breaker box, flipped it on and off, and mentioned hearing a noise before saying the refrigerant had escaped from the unit. He never once mentioned what caused the leak, nor did he provide any documentation or explanation suggesting the damage was anything other than normal wear
