I had my gas heater ( 15 years old) attempted to be fixed with new components but when that failed I was told I needed to purchase a new gas heater which I did. This all happened in the dead of winter and took days (5) and I had no heat at times. I wound up buying several electric space heaters praying my pipes and me would not freeze. It was a very stressful time. S.D.H. did stay responsive to my problem.

Had a fitting burst and water pouring onto floor late on a Monday night. Called SDH: Sam called me back within a minute; walked me through cutting off the water; evaluated the issue via texted photos; and had it repaired and cleaned first thing in the am. Also great service for non-emergency work. Cannot recommend highly enough!
