The technicians Hector and Kyle did a great job for us today! They were courteous/friendly while taking care of the maintenance our systems needed. They also took extra time to handle difficult filters (which is tricky on vaulted ceilings!). As always, these folks do great work!

Jerry recently came out for a thermostat check. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, informative, respectful, and helpful. Scottsdale Air has been exceptional. They are trustworthy, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable in their industry. While it looks as though our thermostat is working to control the unit, it isn’t connecting to the app so that we can control temps while away. Apparently they are very pricey thermostats, but our membership cuts the cost dramatically. We need to decide
