We called them on Monday and spoke to OC who quickly diagnosed the issue. Scotto was able to schedule repairs on Tuesday. OC and 2 techs repaired our Rinnai tankless water heater quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend them!

We have some pipes running through our attic that were secured to the rafters by a plastic clip. The clips were broken in quite a few places which allowed the piping to sag. We called Scotto’s and they sent an estimator out immediately. He told us it would be a fairly easy repair and scheduled it for the next day.
