There was a structural roof leak in Jan 2024. Scott Crane Roofing came to do a temporary repair. We scheduled a permanent repair for last week of Feb. Beginning March 1- 6, I called the main office & the company cell # 6 times. I left messages, but I received no communication back. Any company that doesn't return calls in over 10 days must NOT need my business. This is very disappointing and. Even if they are very busy during the day, it only takes a 30 second return call that evening.
