The guy is a joke. He might know what he's doing but he is a complete jerk. Yelling at a customer, treating them as if they are idiots is beyond anything I've ever encountered. Warranty company sent him to fix a pool pump problem and after a few days he brings a new pump and motor to replace the bad one.
