Impressive business model: don’t show up – TWICE,  ignore the client, then try to reschedule at a higher rate. This plumber missed our scheduled appointment - TWICE with no call, no text, nothing. He ignored my calls—until I dialed from a different number, and suddenly he was very available. Funny how that works. There was zero apology for wasting my time. These guys don’t show up, not once but TWICE. Not even the courtesy of a text to let me know. If reliability, basic communication, or professionalism matter to you, keep scrolling. This experience was a masterclass in how not to run a business. 💩💩💩💩💩

Shilling Plumbing really came through for us. We were struggling to find a plumber in Mammoth who could come out the week we were there. Shilling called me back promptly and when I explained the situation, they moved their schedule around to accommodate us. The plumber was professional, efficient and diagnosed the problem immediately. The repair ended up being relatively simple and inexpensive. Responsive, reliable, and knowledgable - we would recommend them to anyone in the area!
