We previously used SBC to build a deck for us 3 years ago. Recently, we noticed the railing shifting (no fault of their own). I reached out asking if anything could be done. Not only did they come, remove the railing and fix the issue, they did so within 2 weeks of me reaching out. 3 years after we had the deck built! I was so impressed by the integrity and response from the company. I highly recommend from start to finish. They stand behind their work.
